"From the Footplate"
  - SteamRanger's Enthusiast Website

SteamRanger is a non profit and predominantly volunteer based organisation.
With only three paid employees we place great reliance on our volunteers to restore and
maintain our rolling stock, operate trains and look after our track and buildings

These pages give an insight into our activities and include
"vitual tours" of the full length of the track highlighting our historical heritage.

Click on the blue boxes to the left of each topic to investigate further
